Office directly above Allergy Care Center & across from Vasilis on Main Street

You may wish to approach the office and park in the lot behind Main Street, between Michael’s and Whole Foods, but closer to the row of offices/retail properties. As you see the black awning for the Allergy Care Center, come through the gated, red-bricked area and walk up one flight of stairs in the outdoor corridor. Turn facing the lot again, and you will come to the office door marked Kentlands Therapy Offices that opens to our waiting area.

 

From I-270 (headed South to Washington)

  • Take the Quince Orchard Road exit, veering right off exit

  • Follow Quince Orchard Road/124

  • Pass intersections of Clopper Rd/West Diamond Ave and Quince Orchard Blvd

  • Turn left at Great Seneca Highway/119

  • Take second right onto Kentlands Boulevard

  • Proceed past rotary (cars in circle have right of way) to the 4-way stop (Mattress Discounters and O’Donnell’s on right and shops/Whole Foods on left)

  • Turn left and proceed just past Michael’s, and park in the lot to your right

  • Follow directions above to the office


From I-270 (headed North to Frederick)

  • Take the Quince Orchard Road exit, putting you onto West Diamond/117

  • Turn right headed to Quince Orchard Road intersection, be in left lane

  • Turn left onto Quince Orchard Road/124 passing the NIST campus on left

  • Turn left at Great Seneca Highway/119

  • Take second right onto Kentlands Boulevard

  • Proceed past rotary (cars in circle have right of way) to the 4-way stop (Mattress Discounters and O’Donnell’s on right and shops/Whole Foods on left)

  • Turn left and proceed just past Michael’s, and park in the lot to your right

  • Follow directions above to the office

 


Payment Options

At this time, my practice accepts various forms of payment -- co-pays by cash or check, and I accept some major credit cards.

• Adventist network & Your Advocate EAP

• Aetna EAP & Behavioral Health

• Carefirst BC/BS PPN, PPO & FEP

• Carefirst HMO & POS

• Tricare (authorized provider)

• Wellpoint Behavioral (pending 2008)

Please check with me periodically regarding insurance, if that's a concern for you. If your insurance carrier does not appear on this list, talk to me about other options to use your coverage. I can send you paperwork via e-mail prior to your first visit, as those using insurance will need to collaboratively obtain information regarding their plan. I have a form to guide you.

Upon request, I can provide a statement that some clients may be able to submit to their insurance plans for out-of-network benefits. If you enroll in certain groups, you may be eligible for a pre-paid in full, discounted rate. Please inquire about the terms of this offer.

As I do not have a secretary, please come prepared to pay your co-pay or fees in full for services rendered. A check payable to: Loriann Oberlin Counseling & Mediation, LLC saves us both time and provides us more time in session.

Clients will be held responsible for any fees assessed for returned checks.
