Quince Orchard Medical Park sits directly across from the Kentlands and Rachel Carson Elementary School, on Darnestown Road/Route 28. A Ride On bus stops at Tschiffely Square Road and Darnestown Road (bus route 56/76), one block from the office.

Look for a sign at the Quince Orchard Veterinary Hospital and Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.

11908 is the first building. Suite C faces front, on street level. Please enter and wait in the reception area.

From I-270 (headed South to Washington)

• Take the Quince Orchard Road exit, veering right off exit

• Follow Quince Orchard Road/124

• Pass intersections of Clopper Rd/West Diamond Ave., Quince Orchard Blvd., and Great Seneca Highway/119

• Pass the Kentlands on your left and come to the intersection of Quince Orchard Rd/124 and Darnestown Road/28.

• Be in the left turn lane, with a Bank of America on your right, shopping plazas, and the high school ahead of you.

• Turn left and proceed past two traffic lights, passing the firestation and Potomac Garden Center. The second light will be at Tshiffely Square Road. Proceed straight, but be ready to turn right into Quince Orchard Medical Park.

• Building 11908 is the first set of offices beyond the Vet Hospital. Office is Suite C in the front.

   

From I-270 (headed North to Frederick)

• Take exit 6B to Darnestown following Route 28 West

• You will pass Fallsgrove/Shady Grove Rd., Great Seneca Highway, Muddy Branch Rd. and Main Street. Stay straight. The Kentlands will be on your right.

• At Tshiffely Square Road, make a U-turn left and an immediate right into Quince Orchard Medical Park.

• Building 11908 is the first set of offices beyond the Vet Hospital. Office is Suite C in the front.

Payment Options

At this time, my practice accepts various forms of payment -- co-pays please by cash or check, and I accept some major credit cards for other services.

Please check with me periodically regarding insurance, if that's a concern for you. If your insurance carrier does not appear on this list, talk to me about other options to use your coverage. I can send you paperwork via e-mail prior to your first visit, as those using insurance will need to collaboratively obtain information regarding their plan, presenting this with any deductibles or limitations. I have a form to guide you.

Upon request, I can provide a statement that some clients may be able to submit to their insurance plans for out-of-network benefits. If you enroll in certain groups, you may be eligible for a pre-paid in full, discounted rate. Please inquire about the terms of this offer.

As I do not have a secretary, please come prepared to pay your co-pay or fees in full for services rendered. A check payable to: Loriann Oberlin Counseling & Mediation, LLC saves us both time and provides us more time in session.

Clients will be held responsible for any fees assessed for returned checks and for any charges not paid by or denied by insurance, for any reason. Please note that insurance does not pay for missed sessions, late cancellation fees, third-party contacts/consults, and mediation.
